Dallas Emmaus is a community of individuals that have been on the "Walk to Emmaus". 

Emmaus is open to members of an Christian denominations.  Emmaus is for the development of Christian Leaders who:

• Are members of a local church
• Have a desire to strengthen their spiritual lives
• May have unanswered questions about their faith
• Understand that being a Christian involves responsibility
• Are willing to dedicate their everyday lives to God in a an ongoing manner

​With the recommendation of their local pastor and a sponsor, they can apply to go on the "Walk to Emmaus".

The Dallas Emmaus Community organizes new walks in the Dallas area, following the Upper Room model. Individuals that have been on a walk sponsor new folks to attend.  One is a pilgrim during the walk (retreat) and then a member of the Dallas Emmaus Community after completing a walk.  One continues on their Christian journey (Called the 4th Day) by joining a Reunion Group, working on a walk or a committee, and sponsoring new pilgrims.
